(1)No person shall supply any catering item for loading in the Aircraft without obtaining the approval of its Security programme from the Commissioner.(2)Where the Commissioner is satisfied that owner or operator of catering establishment has contravened the provisions of sub-rule (1), his Security programme shall, after affording an Opportunity of being heard, be cancelled.
