Section 33(1) in Bihar Regional Development Authority Act, 1974
(1)If any person lays out or makes any streets referred to in section 32, without or otherwise than in conformity with the orders of the Authority, the Vice Chairman may whether or not the offender be prosecuted under this Act, by notice-(a)require the offender to show cause in writing and send to the Vice Chairman on or before such date as may be specified in the notice why such street should not be altered to the satisfaction of the Vice-Chairman or, if such alteration be impracticable, why such street should not be demolished; or(b)require the offender to appear before the Vice-Chairman either personally or by a duly authorised agent on such day and at such time and place as may be specified in the notice and show cause aforesaid.
