Section 12(1) in Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2005
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Rajasthan Olympic Association shall be given affiliation by the Rajasthan State Sports Council, and shall be considered as a State Level Sports Association and shall give affiliation to the State Level Sports Associations registered under this Act for the games or sports recognized for participation in the Olympic Games, Asian Games or Commonwealth Games and for the purposes of representing the State of Rajasthan in,the National Games or any other events conducted by the Indian Olympic Association.
