Section 44P(1)(b) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Act, 2008

(b)A self Supporting Co-operative Society under the Short term Credit Structure registered under this Act may become the member of an affiliating society, other than Self Supporting Cooperative Society under the Short Term Credit Structure registered under this Act in accordance with the procedure prescribed under the Acts and rules.
