Section 87(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)The Commission shall adopt the tariff for RE power projects where tariff has been determined through the transparent process of Competitive Bidding, as envisaged under Section 63 of the Act.
