Section 75(3) in Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 2015
(3)The award shall be drawn on Form-XXXIV of the Chhattisgarh Treasury Code, Volume-II by the drawing and disbursing officer who disburses the pay and allowances of the Government servant concerned.
