Section 30(1) in Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Act, 2011
(1)The Gorkhaland Territorial Administration shall have power, subject to the provisions of this Act, and the rules made thereunder by the Government, to make, regulations to be applicable within the region with respect to all or any of the matters enumerated in section 26 for the regulation and control thereof.
