30. Power to make regulations.
(1)The Gorkhaland Territorial Administration shall have power, subject to the provisions of this Act, and the rules made thereunder by the Government, to make, regulations to be applicable within the region with respect to all or any of the matters enumerated in section 26 for the regulation and control thereof.(2)All regulations made under sub-section (1) shall have effect upon their publication in the Official Gazette.
