(i)Retailers or street vendors shall not sell or provide commodities to consumer in plastic sheet or multilayered packaging, which are not manufactured and labeled or marked, as prescribed under this bye-law.(ii)Every retailer or street vendor selling or providing commodities in multilayered packaging or plastic sheets or like or covers made of plastic sheets which are not manufactured or labeled or marked in accordance with this bye16 law shall be liable to pay such fines as specified in Schedule-I under the bye-law of the local body.(iii)The multilayered packaging shall have the Name and registration number of the manufacturer printed in English in case of multilayered packaging.Chapter-IV Registration of Producer, Recyclers And Manufacturer
