Section 7(b) in Peraringnar Anna Centenary Co-operative Milk Producers Welfare Fund Rules, 2010
(b)A member who subsequent to inception of the Fund shall become subscriber, from the date from which he starts pouring milk to the Society, provided that, that Society is eligible to participate in the Fund.
