Section 7 in Peraringnar Anna Centenary Co-operative Milk Producers Welfare Fund Rules, 2010
7. Eligibility of a Member to be admitted as a Subscriber.
- A member of a society may be admitted as a subscriber to the fund if he satisfies the following conditions:-(a)Should be a pouring member on the date of inception of the Fund;(or)(b)A member who subsequent to inception of the Fund shall become subscriber, from the date from which he starts pouring milk to the Society, provided that, that Society is eligible to participate in the Fund.
