(2)For Wireman, Supervisor and Chartered Electrical Safety Engineer of age above 65 years, medical certificate of fitness, in Form-H, from a Doctor of Government Hospital shall be submitted on an annual basis in the office of Chief Electrical Inspector/Senior Electrical Inspector (HoD) in order to extend the validity of the certificate or permit.Chapter - III Procedures and conditions for Grant, renewal and issue of duplicate licence, certificate and permit and Suspension or Cancellation thereof
