Section 1(3) in Maharashtra Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1969
(3)It shall come into force in such area or areas, and on such [dates] [27th day of December 1969, in the whole of the State of Maharashtra (vide G.N. R. and F.D. No. MFP. 2169/221968-U, dated 27th December, 1969.] or dates as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify.
