Section 275(1) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(1)The Board may sanction an amount of Rs. 150.00 per month as disability pension to a beneficiary who is permanently disabled due to paralysis, leprosy, T.B. accident etc. In addition to this pension he will be eligible for an ex-gratia payment of not more than Rs. 5,000/- depending upon the percentage of disability and subject to such conditions as may be fixed by the Board.
