Section 23(1) in First Statutes of the University of Udaipur
(1)The Academic Council shall hold at least 2 regular meetings during the academic year on dates to be fixed by it. The Annual meetings shall be held near the Annual Convocation. Special meetings may be called at any time by the Vice-Chancellor.
