Section 67H(3)(b) in The Punjab Factory Rules, 1952

(b)The application for site appraisal alongwith fifteen copies thereof shall be submitted in Form 8-B. The Committee may dispense with furnishing of information on any Particular item in the application Form, if it considers the same to be not relevant to the application under consideration.
