Section 12(1)(IV) in Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission - Tamil Nadu Electricity Distribution Standards of Performance Regulations, 2004

(IV)The licensee shall maintain uninterrupted supply of power to railways and in case of any interruption restore the supply on top priority.
