Section 9(1) in Bihar Municipal Empowered Standing Committee Conduct of Business Rules, 2010
(1)The list of business to be transacted at any meeting of the Committee shall be divided into two parts.(a)Items included in the list of Business officially identified by the Chief Municipal Officer, and(b)Items proposed to be brought before the Committee by any other member in his individual capacity.
