Section 18(1) in Irrigation Department, Uttaranchal Service of Revenue Subordinate Cadre (Group 'B' and 'C') Rules, 2003
(1)On the availability of vacancies for substantive post of Deputy Revenue Officer, the Chief Engineer shall appoint the candidates in order in which their names appear on list.All such appointments shall be notified in the Official Gazette.
