An Act further to amend the Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 1959.Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Seventy-third year of the Republic of India as follows:-

1. Short Title.

This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code (Second Amendment) Act, 2022.

2. Amendiment of Section 129.

In Section 129 of the Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), in sub-section (1), sub-section (2) and sub-section (3), after the words "Revenue Inspector", the words “or Patwari” shall be inserted.
