Section 40(1) in High Court of Gujarat (Conduct, Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 2011
(1)Any Court employee contraventing the provisions of any of the Rules in this part shall render himself/herself liable to disciplinary action under the Rules in Part-III of these Rules.
