Section 40 in High Court of Gujarat (Conduct, Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 2011
40. Contravention of the Rules.
(1)Any Court employee contraventing the provisions of any of the Rules in this part shall render himself/herself liable to disciplinary action under the Rules in Part-III of these Rules.(2)The Chief Justice shall have the power to take any action against the Gazetted Officers and other Officers and employee of the Court for contravention of any of the Rules in this Part.
