Section 25(1) in Arunachal Pradesh (Tourism Trade Registration and Regulation) Act, 2016
(1)Any person registered under this Act shall at all times, on demand, produce and show his certificate of registration to any of the following persons, namely:(a)The prescribed authority or any other officer duly authorized by him in this behalf;(b)Any authority authorized by the Government or any officer authorized by the Director Tourism, Arunachal Pradesh; and(c)Any bona-fide customer.
