Section 13(4) in Jammu and Kashmir Accountability Commission Regulations, 2005
(4)The Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services Classification and Control (Appeal) Rules, 1956 and the orders of the Commission, issued from time to time, shall apply to the recruitment, posting and promotion to the posts of the staff of the Commission.
