Section 2(a) in The Punjab Home Guards and Civil Defence (Field) Class III Service Rules, 1983
(a)'Battalion Commander' means the Battalion Commander of the Border Wing Battalion of Punjab Home Guards located at Gurdaspur, Batala, Amritsar, Patti, Ferozepur and Fazilka;
