(3)The term of office of the members nominated under [clauses (iii), (iv), (vii) and (viii)] [Substituted 'clauses (iii) (iv) and (vii)' by Gujarat Act No. 14 of 2013, dated 10.4.2013.] of sub-section (1) shall be three years.
