1. Service Tax Appeal No. 30448 of 2016 listed on 16.10.2020 is also taken up for disposal along with these cases with the consent of both the parties.
2. Learned Departmental Representatives have submitted that in these cases the assessees applied under the Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 and discharge certificates have been issued.
Accordingly, these appeals are dismissed as deemed to have been withdrawn as per section 127(6) of the Finance Act (No.2), 2019.
