19. Provision of polling station, appointment of Presiding Officers and Polling Officers.
(1)The Returning Officer shall, for the purpose of conducting poll, provide one polling station for each section of a segment at the District Headquarters. At each polling station, there shall be set up two numbers of voting compartment in which voters can record their votes, screened from observation of others.(2)The Returning Officer shall appoint for each polling station one Presiding Officer and not more than three polling officers to assist the Presiding Officer.
