Section 19(1) in Tamil Nadu Local Bodies (Election of Members to the District Planning Committee) Rules, 1999
(1)The Returning Officer shall, for the purpose of conducting poll, provide one polling station for each section of a segment at the District Headquarters. At each polling station, there shall be set up two numbers of voting compartment in which voters can record their votes, screened from observation of others.
