(1)The authorities and other bodies of the University may make Regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes for:-(a)laying down the number of members required to form a quorum and the procedure to be observed at the meeting;(b)providing for all matters which by this Act, and the Statutes are to be provided for by the Regulations; and(c)providing for any other matters solely concerning such authorities and bodies and not provided for by this Act and the Statutes.
