Section 24(2) in Kerala Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1975
(2)Subject to any rule made in this behalf, an Inspector shall have power to do all or any of the following matters within the local limits for which he is appointed, namely:-(a)to make such examination and hold such inquiry as may be necessary for ascertaining whether the provisions of this Act have been and are being complied with ;(b)require the production on of any prescribed register and any other document in possession of the employer in connection with the sums payable to the Fund;(c)to enter at all reasonable times any premises with such assistants as he may think fit;(d)to exercise such other powers as may be prescribed.
