Section 62 in Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils Act, 1997
62. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils Act, 1995 (President's Act No. 1 of 1995) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done, any action taken or any scheme framed under the said Act shall be deemed to have been done, taken or framed under this Act.
