Section 27(1) in The Institute Of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences And Technology Act, 2013
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following, namely:-(i)The Chancellor or his Nominee - Chairperson(ii)The Director – Member(iii)The COO&R- Member(iv)The Deans- Members(v)Finance Officer – Secretary(vi)One nominee of the Sponsoring Body- Member; and(vii)Such other members as may be specified by the Board of Management.
