Section 1 in The Court-Fees (Bihar Amendment) Act, 2008
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called The Court-Fees (Bihar Amendment) Act, 2008.(2)It shall extend to the whole State of Bihar.(3)It shall come into force with immediate effect.
