The Court-Fees (Bihar Amendment) Act, 2008Bihar Act 32 of 2008An Act to amend the Court-Fees Act, 1870. In its Application to the State of BiharBe it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Bihar in the fifty-ninth year of Republic of India as follows:-

1. Short title, extent and commencement.

(1)This Act may be called The Court-Fees (Bihar Amendment) Act, 2008.
(2)It shall extend to the whole State of Bihar.
(3)It shall come into force with immediate effect.

2. Repeal and Saving.

- The Court-Fees (Bihar Amendment) Act, 2007 (Bihar Act, 04 of 2008) is hereby repealed with effect from the date of its enactment:Provided that court-fees already realized pursuant to amendment by Bihar Act, 04 of 2008 shall not be refunded:Provided further that Court-fees not realized shall not be recoverable.
