Section 30(1) in Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University Act, 1963
(1)The University shall establish an Agricultural and Home Science Extension Service for the purposes of -(a)undertaking extension programmes on a phased programme covering the entire State of Telangana in such manner as may be determined by the Government in consultation with the Board;(b)dissemination of information for the solution of problems relating to agriculture and domestic fields;(c)establishment of youth clubs for developing the interests of young people in agriculture; and(d)such other purposes as may be prescribed.
