(2)The elections to Standing Committee shall be taken up in the following order-(a)Elections to the Standing Committee mentioned in Sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Act shall be taken up first in the order in which the Standing Committees are mentioned in the said subsection.(b)If however, the election to any Committee is adjourned under Rule 26, the elections to the Standing Committee next in order shall be proceeded with.
