Section 74(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Police Act, 2007
(1)The Director- General of Police shall cause to be framed a State Internal Security Scheme for the entire State as well as for each of the Districts and major urban areas, to deal with management of public order and shall place it before the State Police Board for its approval.
