Section 40 in Delhi District Courts Establishment (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 2012
40. Training etc.:-
(1)Every person appointed by direct recruitment to the Service shall, undergo suchtraining as may, from time to time, be specified by the High Court.(2)Every member of the Service shall be given such periodical training as the HighCourt may, from time to time specify.(3)Every member of the Service shall pass such tests or examinations and withinsuch time as the High Court may, from time to time specify.
