(b)Payment of grant on all schemes except those sanctioned by the Chief Educational Officers is authorised by the Director of School Education. The amount required for disbursement of grants for the schemes sanctioned by the Chief Educational Officers is placed at their disposal by the Director of School Education and payment is authorised by them.
