(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [The Act came into force on the 7th March, 1951, see Agriculture Department Notification No. 1025-3844-X-50, dated the 5lh March, 1951, published in Madhya Pradesh Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 5th March, 1951, at page 69.] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf.
