Section 41(iv) in The General Rules (Criminal), 1977
(iv)[ all Class III employees of Sessions and Magisterial Courts, shall wear a coat of black colour and a black tie with it. Lady employees shall wear a black or white sari and blouse or white salwar suit with black coat.
