Section 21(1) in The Punjab Livestock and Birds Diseases Act, 1948
(1)The Veterinary Surgeon shall, as soon as possible, examine the infected place and the [livestock or birds] [Substituted for the words 'animal' or 'an animal' and 'animals' by Punjab Act of 1961, Section 4.] kept therein, and may cancel or confirm the order of the Inspector.
