Section 188(1) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
(1)The following shall be the permanent invitees to the meetings of the [Zilla Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Zilla Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.]:(i)The Chairperson, District Co-operative Marketing Society;(ii)The Chairperson, Zilla Grandhalaya Samstha;(iii)The Chairperson, District Co-operative Central Bank;(iv)The District Collector;(v)All Presidents of [Mandal Praja Parishads] [Substituted 'Mandal Parishads' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] in the District.
