Section 12(1) in Andhra Pradesh Common Entrance Test for entry into Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Medical and Dental Courses Rules, 2004
(1)EAMCET-AC shall be conducted in a fair and transparent manner subject to supervision of the permanent committee and it shall submit the proposed question papers, the names of the paper setter and examiners and the method adopted to ensure papers are not leaked, whenever such information is called for by the Permanent Committee.
