Section 6(1) in The Garo Hills Cotton Jute and Ginger Trade Regulation, 1980
(1)The licence shall be issued by the Licensing Officer of the Garo Hills District Council in Form "A" to the applicant subject to his/her undertaking to abide by the conditions specified in the licence.
