6. Form of Licence.
(1)The licence shall be issued by the Licensing Officer of the Garo Hills District Council in Form "A" to the applicant subject to his/her undertaking to abide by the conditions specified in the licence.(2)The Co-operative Society duly registered may also apply for a licence under this Act to deal in cotton, jute and ginger as the case may be.
