Section 15(2) in West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 2012
(2)Notwithstanding further anything contained elsewhere in this Act, the terms and conditions of service of Non-teaching employees of a Government aided College immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall not be varied to the extent of disadvantage of such employees, in so far as such terms and conditions are related to the appointment to such posts held by them immediately before the commencement of this Act.
