Section 12(1) in Jagat Guru Nanak Dev Punjab State Open University Act, 2019
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the powers and duties of the officers of the University other than the Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor and the Registrar, the terms for which they shall hold office and the filling of casual vacancies in such offices shall be provided for by the regulations.
