Section 1 in Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Hydro Generation Tariff) Regulations, 2011
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These regulations shall be called the Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Hydro Generation Tariff) Regulations, 2011.(2)These regulations shall extend to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh.(3)These regulations shall come into force with effect from 1st April, 2011.
